Returns & Exchanges

Change of Mind
Since we carry limited stock and do not operate with large overhead, items cannot be returned for a refund if you simply change your mind. That said, we stand behind the time and care that goes into each rosary and will always do our best to make sure you are happy with your order.

Defects or Damage
If your rosary arrives damaged or has a functional defect (e.g., broken cord or medal upon arrival), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly replace or repair it at no extra cost.

Custom Orders
Custom rosaries are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. If there is an issue with a custom order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to make it right.

Normal Use & Wear
Rosaries are meant for prayer and devotion. Natural wear of beads, cord, or medals over time is expected and not considered a defect.

Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.


Return & Repair Process

  1. Contact us at Kevin@EmmanuelsRosaries.com with your order number, photos of the item, and a brief explanation.
  2. If approved, you’ll be given instructions for return shipping (if needed).
  3. Depending on the situation, we will offer either:
    1. A replacement of the same or similar design, or
    2. A repair of your original rosary.

 


Final Notes

Because every rosary is handmade, slight differences in bead shades, paracord knots, or finishes are part of the character of the piece. These are not imperfections, but signs of true craftsmanship.
